Focused on normalising the discussion of mental health in the workplace
How are you? It's a simple question that we ask each other all the time.
All too often, we simply reply with 'I'm good’, ‘Yeah, fine’ or 'OK thanks', but it’s often never the real answer.
At Dolia, talking about our mental health when we’re at work is important to us and something we actively encourage as a team. It's not always easy and we accept we're not always that good at doing it... but, we're working towards creating what we call a #happyheads environment at work, where the team feel comfortable to talk to someone when they need to, or aren't afraid to say 'No, I'm not that good actually' to get some support from a colleague.
