Do you provide reports?
Yes, we provide regular reports on the services we deliver including valuable insights, recommendations and opportunities.
Are all your services included in every package?
All of our services are included, however the scope of what we can achieve each month will come down to how much time is available within the package. Typically, the following projects would delivered separately from a package:
- New websites and larger web development projects
- Larger graphic design projects such as brochure design
- Logo design and branding
How do you charge for your services?
Our packages are based on hours which our team track each month.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, of course – it’s important to sure your business is getting the right level of marketing support it needs at all times.
Does the cost include advertising spend?
Advertising spend e.g. Meta & Google is an additional cost to the services we provide within our packages.
We just need support with SEO – is that OK?
Sure – we have many clients where SEO is the primary service that we deliver on a monthly basis. If SEO is the only service you need, we’ll spend all of our time on SEO related tasks.
Do we have to sign up for a 12 month contract?
No, we understand the importance of a flexible marketing partner. We have rolling 30 day contracts with a 30 day notice period if you wish to pause or cancel services.
